 गूगल का AI-‘बार्ड’ भारत में लॉन्च

◆ गूगल का AI टूल बार्ड भारत में 11 मई, 2023 को लॉन्च हो चुका है। यह चैट जीपीटी की टक्कर में उतारा गया है।

◆ गूगल का AI बार्ड लैडा टेक्नोलॉजी पर आधारित है।

◆ चैटजीपीटी और गूगल के बार्ड में समानता के साथ काफी अंतर भी है। आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस टूल चैटजीपीटी पहले से मौजूद डेटा के आधार पर सवालों के जवाब देता है, तार्किक गूगल का एआई चैटबॉट लैंग्वेज मॉडल और डायलग एप्लिकेशन [लाडा] से संचालित है। यानी बार्ड ज्यादा सटीक जवाब दे सकता है।

Lexi

◆ भारत का पहला ‘चैटजीपीटी-संचालित’ एआई चैटबॉट ‘Lexi’ है।

◆ भारत में Lexi नामक चैट जीपीटी संचालित एआई चैटबॉट लॉन्च हो गया है। चैटजीपीटी संचालित भारतीय चैटबॉट को फिनटेक कंपनी वेलोसिटी (Velocity) ने लॉन्च किया है। इसे चैटजीपीटी का भारतीय संस्करण माना जा रहा है।

◆ लेक्सी (Lexi) भारत का पहला AI आधारित चैटबॉट है।

‘यू-विन’

❖ केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने देश में महिलाओं और बच्चों के टीकाकरण का डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए ‘यू-विन’ प्लेटफॉर्म लॉन्च किया है।

❖ इस प्लेटफॉर्म को पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर देश के प्रत्येक राज्य और केन्द्रशासित प्रदेश के दो जिलों में लॉन्च किया जायेगा। इस डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर हर गर्भवती महिला का पंजीकरण किया जाएगा और उसके टीकाकरण का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाएगा।

INNCOVACC

❖ दुनिया की पहली इंट्रानेजल COVID-19 वैक्सीन ‘INNCOVACC’ है। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मनसुख मंडाविया ने 26 जनवरी, 2023 को नई दिल्ली में विश्व के पहले इंट्रानेजल कोविड-19 इनकोवैक को जारी किया।

❖ इनकोवैक प्राथमिक रूप से तय दो खुराकों और एक बूस्टर खुराक के रूप में स्वीकृति प्राप्त करने वाला विश्व का पहला इंट्रानेजल से विकसित प्राप्त करने वाला विश्व का पहला इंट्रानेजल कोविड-19 टीका है।

❖ टीके को भारत बायोटेक इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड’ ने बायोटेक्नोलॉजी इंडस्ट्री रिसर्च असिस्टेंस (BIRAC) के सहयोग से विकसित किया है।

❖ BIRAC विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के अधीन एक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का उपक्रम है।

मंकीपॉक्स

❖23 जुलाई, 2022 को विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने मंकीपॉक्स-संक्रमण को वैश्विक स्वास्थ्य आपात स्थिति (हेल्थ इमरजेंसी) घोषित किया है।

❖ वैश्विक स्वास्थ्य आपात-स्थिति की घोषणा का मतलब है कि WHO मंकीपॉक्स को दुनियाभर के लिए बड़ा खतरा मानता है और इसे फैलने से रोकने और महामारी में बदलने की आशंका से बचाने के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पहल की तुरंत जरूरत है।

Google’s AI – ‘Bard’ Launched in India

◆ Google’s AI tool Bard was launched in India on 11 May 2023. It was introduced as a competitor to ChatGPT.

◆ Google’s AI Bard is based on LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications) technology.

◆ There are both similarities and differences between ChatGPT and Google Bard. The artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT answers questions based on previously available data, whereas Google’s AI chatbot Bard is powered by a language model called LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications). Therefore, Bard can provide more accurate and up-to-date answers.

◆ Lexi is India’s first ChatGPT-powered AI chatbot.

◆ Lexi, a ChatGPT-powered AI chatbot, was launched in India. It was launched by the fintech company Velocity. It is considered the Indian version of ChatGPT.

◆ Lexi is India’s first AI-based chatbot.

‘U-WIN’

❖ The Union Ministry of Health has launched the ‘U-WIN’ platform to maintain a digital record of the vaccination of women and children in the country.

❖ The platform was launched as a pilot project in two districts of each state and Union Territory. Every pregnant woman will be registered on this digital platform, and her vaccination records will be maintained.

INNCOVACC

❖ INNCOVACC is the world’s first intranasal COVID-19 vaccine.

❖ Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya launched the world’s first intranasal COVID-19 vaccine, iNCOVACC, in New Delhi on 26 January 2023.

❖ iNCOVACC is the world’s first intranasal COVID-19 vaccine approved as a primary two-dose vaccine and as a booster dose.

❖ The vaccine was developed by Bharat Biotech International Limited in collaboration with Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC).

❖ BIRAC is a public sector enterprise under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology.

Monkeypox

❖ On 23 July 2022, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the monkeypox outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).

❖ The declaration of a global health emergency means that the WHO considers monkeypox a significant threat to people worldwide and that immediate international action is required to prevent its spread and reduce the risk of it developing into a pandemic.
